You can have these beautiful Cinnamon & Sugar Broiled Grapefruits by @laurenkelp on the table with minimal effort, and almost no clean up (just be sure to line the baking sheet with tin foil). On-the-Go: Enjoy Cookies for Breakfast!
When filled with good-for-you ingredients like fruit & whole-grain oats, why not have cookies for breakfast? You can make a big batch over the weekend and grab-and-go as needed. We like to stash a batch in the freezer for extra busy weeks! |

Overnight Oats
Give make-ahead overnight oats a try this week. Just put together a base of rolled oats, milk of choice and extras like chia seeds, fruit puree, nuts and spices in a mason jar stir and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning you'll have creamy oats that you can grab and go! |
