Blueberry Pie Bars

"Finally got a chance to make these Blueberry Bars and I'm so glad I did. They are crazy good! I'd been dreaming of them ever since I saw @zoebakes make them on her Instagram stories (if you're not following her - you're missing out...her baking videos are amazing). Seriously the perfect late summer dessert and the perfect use for all the thyme and lavender I have growing in my garden."
