ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cashew cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon berry chia jam
- 5 raspberries
- 1 tablespoon nutella
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Chia seeds, for topping (if desired)
Method
Step 1
On one toast, spread hummus and top with avocado. On another toast, spread cashew cream cheese and berry chia jam. Top with raspberries. On another toast, spread nutella and add 1/2 apple slices. On final toast, spread almond and hazelnut butter. Top with remaining apple slices and sprinkle with chia seeds, if desired.
