Ingredients:
 
8       Bags Freshpack Rooibos Tea (I purchase mine from a South African grocer in ATL or Amazon) 
1/2    Gallon Boiling Water
1/2    Cup Agave Nectar (But this depends on personal taste)
1       Fresh Peach, cut into wedges
 
Method:
 
Add the rooibos tea bags to a large jug and pour the boiling water over. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
 
Remove the tea bags and stir in the agave nectar until combined.
 
Add peach slices to individual glasses (2-3 per glass) and top with crushed ice. Pour the steeped tea mixture over and enjoy!
 
This recipe makes 4-6 servings.
