6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 slices preserved lemon
Sliced lemon, grilled
Garnish: parsley, salt, grilled lemon's juice
Cut boneless skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Purée smoked hot paprika with 2 slices preserved lemon.
Cover + chill for 2 hours, skewer & grill or smoke to 165℉ internal temp.
Grill some sliced lemons too. Sprinkle with parsley, flake salt + grilled lemon juice.
