- 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 slices preserved lemon
- Lemon, slices grilled plus juice for serving
- Parsley, for garnish

Cut boneless skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Purée smoked hot paprika with 2 slices preserved lemon. Cover and chill for 2 hours, skewer & grill or smoke to 165℉ internal temperature.
Grill some sliced lemons too. Sprinkle with parsley, flake salt + grilled lemon juice.
