ingredients
- 1 bag Alexia Foods Sweet Potato Fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1 avocado, diced
Method
Step 1
Spray and air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and preheat to 375°F.
Step 2
Add sweet potato fries in an even layer, and cook for 20 minutes, or until fries are slightly golden.
Step 3
While the sweet potato fries are cooking, heat olive oil in skillet on medium high heat. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning. Sauté for about 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.
Step 4
When the fries have about 1 minute left, pause the air fryer, remove the basket, and pour the Mexican cheese blend in an even layer on top of the fries. Put the basket back into the air fryer, and resume cooking for the final minute until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Use a spatula to remove the cheese fries and place them onto a plate.
Step 6
Top fries with turkey, pico de Gallo, and avocado. Serve immediately.
