Pickled Onions on Toast

"When many of you asked on my last post if 🥰 I was serious about eating this combo twice in one day, all I can say is ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY. 🤪 I don’t know what demon persuaded me to grate hard boiled egg on top of avocado toast, add dill and pickled onions, but it’s safe to say he’s sentenced me to a life of eating this for breakfast most days... and I can’t say I’m too mad about it either. I am not kidding when I say grating the egg on a microplane is a game changer. Trust me on this. Anyways, I’m getting ish done today because my little sis is coming into Philly tomorrow. She’s 6 years younger than me so while we have our disagreements there’s no one I’d rather be related to 😂. I might have also gotten her addicted to this combo! Do you have siblings?
