"I’m pretty sure I veganized your favorite dal. I mean, it’s definitely my favorite! Dal makhani is made with whole urad dal and kidney beans, which are smothered in a butter curry sauce. Of course, my vegan version doesn’t have any butter, but I’m pretty sure it’s even better than the original! I think this calls for a celebration! One that includes eating copious amounts of my vegan dal makhani. Don’t you think? It’s Indian comfort food at its finest."
