  • 1 small bunch grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 small baguette, sliced
  • Honey, for drizzling

Method

  • Step 1

    Roast grapes with olive oil, rosemary, and salt at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden and soft.

  • Step 2

    Grill or toast your favorite whole grain or gluten-free bread, top with whole milk Greek yogurt, roasted grapes, honey, a touch of sea salt, and fresh rosemary.
