For me the Prime of Martini Variations. So clean, crisp, potent, and when in Libra one of the most balanced sips one can ever enjoy 🕶 Of course the original, from Ian Fleming's 1953 book, "Casino Royale", is possibly the most famous drink order in the history - and one I love to quote whenever I get the chance 🕶 Being quite heavy on the alcohol I recommend (most people) to shake it, thus diluting it more than you would stirring it. This is exactly the reason why I prefer it stirred 🕶 The Vesper, or a classic Martini, is one of those classics that I enjoy the most to riff and twist. Even with the smalles tweak you can easily bring out new dimensions, new flavors, new expressions in this very potent and elegant serve 🕶 -@thecocktailblog12
