1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup brown butter ghee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup very fine almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar truvia
1 70%+ dark chocolate bar (chopped up)
In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, egg, ghee, vanilla extract and maple syrup. In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar and chopped chocolate.
Fold the dry mix into the wet mix and shape 10 large balls.
Bake at 325˚ F for 12 minutes. Let cool completely before handling.
