ingredients
- 2 ounces pink gin
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce rhubarb syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white
Method
Step 1
Shake all ingredients in a shaker without ice for 15 seconds.
Step 2
Add ice and shake a little more to chill.
Step 3
Strain and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
