Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2

    Cut apples in half and scoop out seeds and core

  • Step 3

    Add apples to greased baking dish

  • Step 4

    In a medium bowl combine melted coconut oil, oils, coconut sugar and cinnamon

  • Step 5

    Add mixture to apples packing neatly on top

  • Step 6

    Bake for 30-40 minutes

  • Step 7

    Optional: add caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
