These delicious beauties were easy to make and are ✨SO✨ good! To make, first pan sauté thin apple slices for just about a minute to allow the apple to soften. Roll out a long strip of #vegan puff pastry and lay overlapping apple slices along the top edge. Brush with melted @earthbalance and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg & brown sugar then fold up the bottom of the pastry to seal in the bottoms of the apple slices. Next, roll up like a rose and place in a cupcake tin. Bake at 375 F until golden brown and cooked through (around 40 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar to finish!

Apple Rose Pastries
Ingredients:
Apples, thinly Sliced
Vegan Puff Pastry
Vegan butter, melted
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Maple syrup (or your fav vegan sweetener)
Directions:
To make, first pan sauté thin apple slices for just about a minute to allow the apple to soften.
Roll out a long strip of vegan puff pastry and lay overlapping apple slices along the top edge.
Brush with melted @earthbalance and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg & your favorite vegan sweetener then fold up the bottom of the pastry to seal in the bottoms of the apple slices.
Next, roll up like a rose and place in a cupcake tin.
Bake at 375 F until golden brown and cooked through (around 40 minutes).
Sprinkle with powdered sugar to finish!
