"Happy Monday friends! Yesterday I had the biggest craving to make just a good old fashioned loaf of banana bread! So, naturally I made my Paleo Golden Banana Bread!"

ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups peleo flour bread (or other flour)
  • 1/2 yogurt (can use lactose free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of finely ground pepper
  • dash of pink salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 325℉ and grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined and no lumps remain.

  • Step 3

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
