ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups peleo flour bread (or other flour)
- 1/2 yogurt (can use lactose free yogurt)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of finely ground pepper
- dash of pink salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325℉ and grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined and no lumps remain.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
