"Choc Jaffa Bliss balls!?
This recipe is easy to make, takes no more than 10 mins and is nut free, perfect for kids lunchboxes, and of course if you wanted to, you could add any seeds and nuts you fancied!!
They never last long in my household so I tend to make a double batch!! ?
180g Medjool dates
150g Sultanas
1 Tbls Coconut spread
60g Caramalised @loving_earth Buckinis
2 drops food grade Orange oil
Place everything into a blender except the buckinis.. Process until all is combined and has become a soft ball, add buckinis and pulse for a few seconds... Done!!!
Next roll into small balls and coat in either raw cacao powder, dessicated coconut or buckinis!!
Keep in airtight container in fridge.. Will last up to 1 week.. (If your lucky!!?)
