Puff Pastry Squares with Zucchini, Tomato, Leeks, and Feta

1 leek sliced

4-5 cherry tomato halved

1/2 c ricotta 

1 zucchini sliced 

1 garlic 

 4 Pre-cut sheets puff pastry  


 Layer 1 tbsp of ricotta cheese on the bottom of puff pastry. Add halved tomatoes, zucchini slices, leeks and black and white sesame seeds

Bake these on 350 for 15-20 mins until tops are browned. Enjoy hot.
