Apple 'crumble' Overnight Oats

"{ BREAKFAST } overnight oats, made with vanilla bean yoghurt - my fav, topped with grated apple, a little brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts - tastes like a apple crumble (kinda) it's so good! And garnished with edible Sweet William flowers from the garden and a mug of lemon raw honey water on the side "

For the over night oats
1/3 cup yoghurt (I use vanilla bean yoghurt)
1/3 cup milk of your choice
1/3 cup oats

Topping ingredients
1 large apple, grated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon soft brown sugar
a small handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
(edible flowers optional)
Stir together and put in a container in the fridge and leave overnight. You can double or triple the quantities as it keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days.
In the morning, scoop into an bowl and top with the topping ingredients. Enjoy.
