But when you want dem radishes and you are stuck with a tough and fibrous leaf - but think twice ✌?before you compost those babies. You can sautee radish greens as a side, or make this amazing vegan pesto that brimming full of healthy shit like vitamin C, calcium, protein and dietary fibre! And believe me, we all need a little extra fibre in our lives.

ingredients
- 1 bunch radish leaves, from about 8 radishes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 7 freshly cracked walnuts
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, To Taste
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides as necessary.
