Preheat oven to 375˚F and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, toss together the butternut squash cubes, coconut oil, and spices. Add the cranberries and toss to combine.
Pour butternut squash mixture into the pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until butternut squash begins to brown and is soft. Serve hot.
