Mango Passion Fruit Tarts

Recipe Card

For the Base


  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup date paste

For the Filling


  • 1 large mango, peeled and removed from the seed
  • Coconut milk, to thin


  • Step 1

    To make the base: Combine all ingredients in a food processor until you form a thick mixture. Place mixture in to 2 medium-size tart tins. Press down and up the sides. Place in fridge for at least an hour or over night if required.

  • Step 2

    Prepare the filling when ready to eat: Blend mango with a little coconut milk until smooth. Spoon in to your tart bases. Add spoonful plant based yoghurt, passion fruit and chopped walnuts.
