Crab & Shrimp Fried Rice
Spicy Crab and Shrimp Fried Rice, Just got this California-made mini wok yesterday! I seasoned it twice last night (baked at 450 for 1 hr then sauteed a bunch of green onions and ginger to get rid of the metallic taste) so now it's completely and naturally nonstick. It's only 10 inch so good enough for two peoples! Cute and functional! Love it!
