Overnight Oats with Mango

Serves or Makes: 1 (16 ounce) jar

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 mango
  • sliced Strawberries


  • Step 1

    In a 16 ounce jar, pour the quick oats, chia seeds, agave syrup and almond milk. Mix well.

  • Step 2

    For the mango cream: in a blender, add half a mango and 2 tablespoons water, mix. Add this on the top of the overnight preparation. And some strawberry slices. Refrigerate overnight.
