- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lucuma powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons homemade or store bought granola
- 1 kiwi
Place the frozen banana (cut into pieces) in a blender with mango, lucuma powder and milk. Mix. Start with pulse, then medium then high. When it’s homogeneous, serve in a bowl.
For the topping, dust with chia seeds and granola, cut in slices a kiwi and place it on the top.
