Crispy Chicken with Avocado and Spinach

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 handfuls nacho chips
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 egg
  • Baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  • Step 1

    Place the nachose in a food storage bag and break the pieces in a small pieces with a rolling pin. Pour in a plate and add paprike and chili flakes, mix. Preheat the oven at 400°F.

  • Step 2

    Cut the chicken breasts in tenderloins. Break the egg in a bowl and cover the chicken with eggs, then, place it in the plate with nachos crumb mix and cover with it.

  • Step 3

    Place on baking sheet covered with parshment paper and place in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

  • Step 4

    During this time, prepare your salad, cut the avocado and onion in slices and wash baby spinach, add salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with the chicken!
