- 2 cups tomato basil sauce
- 17 ounces storebought potato gnocchi
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Preheat the oven at 400°F.
In a big pan, add the oil and gnocchi, sauté for 3 minutes and cover for 7 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Then, add 1/3 cup cheese and mix. Salt and pepper.
Remove from the heat. Add the rest of cheese on the top and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
