- 250 g zucchini
- 2 tbsp basil-pesto
- 1 tsp olive oil
- fresh parsley
- 2 tsp salt
Wash & peel zucchini in form thin line strings.
Sprinkle salt into string zucchini and mix them combination together.
Drop the water from zucchini in 45 minutes by the colander
Wash zucchini in fresh water again, then squeeze them by hands or put them into the towel kitchen and wring. Measure the zucchini become drying.
Put zucchini- spaghetti in the large dish and mix them with basil- pesto. Let they rest in some minutes
Decorate parsley on the surface of spaghetti.
