The boiling bananas with coconut milk sauce

  • 5 small bananas
  • 2 coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butterfly pea flower syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smooth red beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (I forgot)
  • pinch salt


  • Step 1

    - Cook bananas into the pot with salt-water's mixture in 20 minutes or until the banana was ripen. Remember water have to cover the whole bananas.

  • Step 2

    - Take other pot for preparation coconut milk sauce. Mix sugar and coconut milk (if you don't like strong colour in your food, you will stop in here and remember addition sugar more than, following your taste ). Combine syrup and smooth red beetroot together for my purple colour, then i pour purple sauce into coconut milk sauce in the pot. Cook them coming to the boil.

  • Step 3

    - Take bananas off the pot for decrease temperature. Peel banana's skin and put them into the plate. Pour coconut sauce on the surface of banana. Sprinkle sesame seeds for decoration.

  • Step 4

    - Service immediately or storage in fridge and use them lately.
