  • 150 gram red cabbages
  • 150 gram white cabbages
  • 150 gram bell peppers
  • 150 gram cauliflower
  • 150 gram romatomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 200 gram rice noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki-sauce
  • pinch salt and pepper


  • Step 1

    - Boil water with little salt into pot then add rice-noodle in here and cook until noodle risen about 5-7 minutes. Bath them under cold-water's faucet and rest them in room temperature. Or you could be mix noodle with few dropped sesame oil so that they don't combine together.

  • Step 2

    - Peel and cut shallots inform thin pieces and make same things with cabbages and bell peppers. Divide tomato 2 parts and take seed's tomato out. Put all vegetable in the large plate and prepared cooking.

  • Step 3

    - Heat the pan with combination of sesame oil and sunflower oil in the bottom in a while. Add pieces's shallot in oil-pan and cook them until the aroma of shallots in your noise. Continually pour tomatoes and cauliflowers in the pan stir-frying in some minutes and two kinds of the cabbages are next step additionally. Mix all vegetable in low temperature about 10-15 minutes, turn off stove and combine with rice-noodle.
