ingredients
- 150 gram red cabbages
- 150 gram white cabbages
- 150 gram bell peppers
- 150 gram cauliflower
- 150 gram romatomatoes
- 2 shallots
- 200 gram rice noodles
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki-sauce
- pinch salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
- Boil water with little salt into pot then add rice-noodle in here and cook until noodle risen about 5-7 minutes. Bath them under cold-water's faucet and rest them in room temperature. Or you could be mix noodle with few dropped sesame oil so that they don't combine together.
Step 2
