- 1 corn
- 1/ 2 bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1/ 2 carrot
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- pinch salt and pepper
- fresh spring onions
- 1 bunch cut into little pieces lettuce
Wash carrot, bell pepper and tomato
Take off corn's skin if you buy it has, then boil it in the small pot in 3 minutes.
Meanwhile i cut carrot, bell pepper and tomato in form little pieces and put them into the large bowl.
Slice off the corn kernels from the cob and add them into vegetable's bowl.
Add vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in salad's bowl and mix them until good combination. Lettuce and finely spring onions are the last things addition in the bowl. Mix them once more time.
Pour corn salad in the large dish. Service with bread, rice or itself.
