Apple jam

  • 2 pounds apples
  • 1 1/2 cups dark sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon, juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger


  • Step 1

    Wash and cut apples becoming little pieces without seed inside.

  • Step 2

    Put pieces of apple into large pot, then sprinkle cinnamon, sugar and ginger on the surface apples. Mix all things together and resting in half hour.

  • Step 3

    Boil the apple's pot in high temperature about 30 minutes, and medium temperature going on 30 minutes. Remember often stir if you don't want burning in the bottom.

  • Step 4

    Store apple jam into glass bottle after it fall in temperature.

  • Step 5

    Keep it in the refrigerator.
