Match is to thank for this vibrant green color. This cocktail is the perfect balance between citrusy and earthy. Its' made with matcha, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and an egg white which creates that frothy top foam.

ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg white
Method
Step 1
Make the simple syrup. In a small saucepan, mix together 1/2 cup of water with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar on medium heat until the sugar has dissolved completely. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Whisk the matcha. In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 tsp matcha powder with 1 tbsp of water until no clumps remain.
Step 3
Shake and serve. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white to a shaker. Using the double shake method, shake vigorously for about 1 minute or until frothy. Then, add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with matcha powder and edible flowers.
