Bread Pudding with Caramel Apple

  • 4 cups french bread, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups granny smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar⠀
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspooon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce ⠀


  • Step 1

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees ⠀

  • Step 2

    Places cubed bread on baking sheet and bake for 5-7 min. Once cooled place into a large bowl.

  • Step 3

    In a saucepan, combine white sugar, brown sugar, milk, butter and apples, cook and stir over medium heat just until butter is melted. Set aside.⠀

  • Step 4

    In a small bowl, mix vanilla, eggs and cinnamon. ⠀

  • Step 5

    Pour the apple mixture and the egg mixture over the toasted bread. Drizzle in caramel sauce. ⠀

  • Step 6

    Mix until bread is thoroughly coated.⠀

  • Step 7

    Place into prepared baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes. ⠀
