chewy & chocolaty but packed with healthy fats, nuts and fiber. Basically your store bought granola just made with *healthier* ingredients and waaay better ;)

They’re also no bake, gluten-free & vegan

Serves or Makes: 6 granola bars

Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts & shredded coconut
  • Melted dark chocolate / or chocolate chips to drizzle over (use df for vegan)

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well.

  • Step 2

    Line a 9x5 baking dish (I used my glass loaf pan) with parchment paper and add the granola mixture. Make sure you press the mixture tightly onto the pan.

  • Step 3

    Freeze for 45 minutes, slice into granola bars, drizzle the chocolate over, enjoy. Store in the freezer/ fridge.
