- 1 cup canned chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drain the can of chickpeas and rinse with water in a strainer.
Put chickpeas in a medium-sized bowl and coat with the olive oil, salt and garlic powder.
Add the chickpeas onto a pan with parchment paper, make sure they are spread out onto the pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, mixing them on the pan halfway through.
Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes, enjoy!
