- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup warm water, about 95 degree F
Mix together flour and salt.
Mix in water slowly, and knead until dough is elastic (not too sticky and not dry).
Separate the dough into 5 or 6 pieces.
Roll out each ball into a 1/4 inch thickness
Heat a medium-sized skillet on medium-high with the olive oil or any neutral oil of choice.
Add the dough onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles form on top of the dough and flip. Both sides should be golden brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Lather dough with ghee or compound butter, serve immediately.
