Waffle Batter

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oat fiber
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener, optional

Waffle #1 Toppings

ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 soft boiled egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon tahini
  • Handful of microgreens
  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds

Waffle #2 Toppings

ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate syrup/spread
  • 2 strawberries, sliced in half
  • Sprinkle of chocolate covered chia seeds

Waffle #3 Toppings

ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon assorted berries
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Waffle #4 Toppings

ingredients

  • Small handful of micro greens
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 soft-boiled egg

Make the Waffles

Method

  • Step 1

    Whisk all waffle batter ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Cook waffles according to waffle maker instructions.

Assemble the Waffles

    Add waffle topping combinations to each waffle.
