Crustless Vegetable Quiche

  • cups chopped ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • fresh ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 boiled Eggs
  • 1 cups Milk


  • Step 1

    Saute the veggies with a tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.

  • Step 2

    Let them cool down for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    In a bowl whisk the eggs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk and season with some salt & pepper.

  • Step 4

    Once everything is combined add in your sauteed veggies and mix.

  • Step 5

    Pour the quiche in a round baking dish (size 9’ to 12’ round) lined with parchment paper.

  • Step 6

    Bake at 375ºF for 40 minutes, or until the top is brown and golden.
