Asiago Chicken, Spinach And Potato Skillet

Ingredients:
14 oz fingerling red potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lb Asiago chicken sausage (I get from @wholefoods)
a few organic bacon slices (I use @applegate)
a bag of frozen spinach
1 tsp salt
some fresh pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon and chicken sausage until crispy.
Next, add in the potatoes and frozen spinach. Cook until the potatoes start to get tender.
Add in spices and mix well. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and cook for about 40 minutes.
You could broil the top if you want the crunch and even add a yummy runny yolk on top once done.
