"Hoo-boy, as I have noticed not so many people were excited by such a thing as Passion Fruit Collins 8) Well lets return to more serious drinks as this Gin Old-Fashioned :) Actually I do love old-fashioneds (may be only martinis I love more and yes they are quite different :). ingredients
- 60 milliliter gin
- 7 milliliter simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 [generous] dash Peychaud’s bitters
Method
Step 1
Add the syrup and bitters in a rock glass, mix well then add a big ice-cube and pour the gin over the mix. Stir, garnish with curls of orange and lemon peel. Do not forget to squeeze a bit of essential oil from the peels over the drink.
