Breakfast Salad -@sophisticatedcaveman
Yield: Serves or Makes serves 4
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 1 (7-oz.) pkg smoked salmon
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 4 large eggs, fried
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
On a large plate, arrange the salad ingredients and top with fried eggs.
For the vinaigrette, whisk together sesame seeds, vinegar and oil until combined. Drizzle over breakfast salad and enjoy.
