Mac & Cheese
ingredients
- 2 boxes (6 oz) Annie’s Shells and Real Aged Cheddar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
- 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Kosher Salt, to taste.
- Black Pepper, to taste.
- Olive Oil, to top
Air-fried Salmon
ingredients
- 1 lb salmon filet
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher Salt, to taste.
- Black Pepper, to taste.
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice, to top
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add pasta. Boil for 6 minutes and drain.
Step 3
Remove the pasta from the pan and add butter on medium heat. Once melted, add in half of the milk, 2 of the cheese packets from Annie's boxes, and ⅓ cup of the shredded cheese. Mix together until smooth.
Step 4
Add shells into the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
Step 5
Transfer the shells to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix in broccoli florets, and season with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and paprika. Mix ½ of the remaining cheese into the dish and the remaining milk. Stir together until well combined.
Step 6
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top of the dish, and lightly drizzle the shells with olive oil. Cover the pan with foil and bake it for 15 minutes covered, then uncover it and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 7
While pasta bakes, pat salmon dry and season with spices. Drizzle with olive oil and rub seasoning all over the filet.
Step 8
Air fry on 375F for about 8-10 minutes. Finish it off with fresh squeezed lemon
Step 9
Serve salmon together with cheddar mac & cheese immediately.
