- 22 1/2 milliliter Lemon juice
- 15 milliliter Champagne syrup
- 10 milliliter Cointreau
- 5 milliliter St. Germain
- 7 1/2 milliliter Egg white
- Lavender for garnish
Method
Step 1
Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain in a champagne coupe. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
