  • 45 milliliter High Clerecastle Gin
  • 22 1/2 milliliter Lemon juice
  • 15 milliliter Champagne syrup
  • 10 milliliter Cointreau
  • 5 milliliter St. Germain
  • 7 1/2 milliliter Egg white
  • Lavender for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain in a champagne coupe. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
