Ingredients:
1 cat fish cut into filet
1 pack of okra
1 small can of Dole pineapples
5 Tomatoes(cut into 4)
2 tbsp Saw tooth herb (chopped)
2 tbsp Rice party herb(chopped)
2 tbsp of chili paste with soya bean oil
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp of mushroom seasoning
1 shallot(thin slices)

Cooking instruction:
Turn on medium heat and add oil and shallots. Wait until the shallots turn brownish then add the cat fish filet except the head and brown on both side. Remove and put aside. Th shallots add the fragrant to the fish and remove the fishy smell.

Broth:
5 quart stock pot(4 quart water+1 quart chicken broth)
Turn heat high until water boil. Lower the fire to medium. Add tomatoes, pineapples, fish head and all the seasoning. Turn heat high until the broth boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Turn heat to medium high and add okra and fish filets. Once the fish filet is cooked , turn off the heat. Taste the broth to see if you want to add more lime or salt to your prefer taste.
When serving add the two herbs on top of your bowl of soup. Enjoy!
