Recipe Intro From snaptaste

Vegetarian, Vegan, Side Dish
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch
3 cup pandan juice
1 tsp lye water
1 tsp coconut oil
Mix ingredients together, transfer to pot cook on stove for 10-15 min( stir well). Once the mixture thicken, transfer to silicone tray and use plastic wrap to even out the surface.
Make sure the tray you're using can be steamed.
Steam for 15 min and let it cool down.

Syrup:
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag palm sugar
Thin slices ginger
-cook until sugar melt, then simmer until thicken.

Coconut syrup:
1 can coconut milk
1/2 can of water
2 tbs rock sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 knot of pandan leaves
Cook in sauce pan, once boil then add 2/3 tbsp tapioca starch, 1 tbsp water, mix well once boil, turn off fire.
