Leek Gratin With Breadcrumbs And Parmigiano
I cooked this for Sunday lunch with friends and have made it three times again since. Leeks lightly cooked in milk and then roasted with a gratin of breadcrumbs and parmigiano. Too good.

@skye_Mcalpine may call Venice and London both home but this recipes says France to me. Leeks, très French and always looking for a good recipe, cooked lightly in milk and then with a gratin topping. This is definitely on my next dinner party menu - along side French wine of course.
