"'Uva Fragola' is a strawberry flavoured grape that (I think - help?!) translates in English as 'concord grape'. So good: mostly I eat them as is, or drink their dessert wine 'fragolino' (which is also strawberry flavoured); but I tried baking the grapes into a plain olive oil cake along with a few fennel seeds and a little soft brown sugar and I'm rather taken with the results. #cakeforbreakfast #whynot #thinkishoulddoitmoreoften"
