  • 1 small baguette, sliced into 16 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 1/4 cup Wesson Plant Butter with Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2

    Toast crostini slices in oven until golden brown; about 3 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Top each crostini slice with a Wesson Plant Butter with Olive Oil.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle oregano on each.

  • Step 5

    Top each slice with ricotta cheese.

  • Step 6

    Add a whole basil leaf to each crostini slice.

  • Step 7

    Top each crostini slice with a strawberry.

  • Step 8

    Drizzle each with balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
