  • 2 small pre-made or homemade pizza crusts
  • 1 (15 ounce ) can Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Muir Glen Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 420°F (or follow the instructions for the pizza crust).

  • Step 2

    Spread Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce evenly across the pizza crusts. Top with the drained Muir Glen Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer with diced onion, sliced mushrooms, and ¾ cup of crumbled feta cheese (reserving the rest for garnish).

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and parsley evenly over the pizzas. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  • Step 5

    Place pizzas directly on the oven rack for a crispy crust and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

    Remove pizzas from the oven, garnish with the remaining feta cheese, and slice to serve immediately.
