ingredients
- 1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons onion chutney
- 200 grams goat cheese - crumbled or sliced
- 8 quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 handful basil
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (conventional).
Step 2
Open up the pastry keeping it in the grease proof paper.
Step 3
Score 1 inch around the perimeter and prick the base inside with a fork.
Step 4
Spread the chutney evenly within the perimeter. Top with the goats cheese and tomatoes.
Step 5
Brush the perimeter with egg wash and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Finish with a sprinkle of basil.
